Our Story

Back in 2018, I (Amy Roberts) was serving on 8 different committees, working full time, raising a child, and would come home completely depleted of patience, energy and time.  I realized that people want (and need) the time and space to push pause in their daily routine. That is why Imperfectly Mindful Life was created, so our community of participants can self-reflect and reconnect with themselves not only during weekend retreats, but also in everyday hectic and imperfect life.


Physical and mental wellbeing are of utmost importance to living a fullfilling meaningful life, and require practice. Our Meditation Retreat provides the guidance you need to awaken mindful practices, creating space in your hectic life, moments of calm, and connection.
